Why is it so difficult to find efficient, top-notch professionals for on-demand services in a connected world?

I’m Sandro Santos founder of Joiib Technology, Inc. And in early 2020 I asked that same question.

Calling a taxi, ordering a favorite meal, or even buying a plane ticket and booking a hotel isn’t difficult. But hiring a first-class professional on demand is not easy, even in a world where people spend most of their day connected to their cell phones.
